The process.
Consultation
Initial phone calls and site visits will determine the design requirements. Initial quote produced.

Design
Your room will be designed and sent to you for approval. Revisions can then be made before sign off. The actual price will be calculated at this stage and will include a contingency. Advance of 50% will be invoiced. Build time and scheduling determined.

Build
Our team of build specialists & technicians will arrive on site and build your room and install all equipment within 2 days. The final cost will be established at the end of the build and the remainder of the costs will be invoiced.

Self Service
Our professional karaoke systems are completely self operating. No staff are required to host or set up the system. A quick clean between sessions is all that is needed.

Pricing and operating models
Model 1:
Sunfly charges a one-time fee for designing, building, and outfitting the karaoke room with all necessary A/V equipment. The client operates the room and retains 100% of the revenue. The typical fee for designing and building a single room is £10,000 + VAT, which can be recouped within 6 to 9 months.
Model 2:
Sunfly absorb all the costs for the design and build, operate the room and collects 100% of the revenue. Sunfly pays a rent fee to venue.
Model 3:
Hybrid model. 50/50 share of costs and profits.
